Idea Selection Committee
The Idea Selection Committee or ISC will consist of 15-25 community members with an interest in improving
Austin. The ISC will be chosen from among applicants with an emphasis on representing the diverse
populations of our community.
The ISC will sift through all ideas submitted and will be responsible for choosing the final 10 ideas for
improving Austin.
Who is on the Idea Selection Committee?
The Idea Selection Committee is finalized. The committee is composed of the following community members:

The committee is made up of 12 men and 9 women. Austin’s ethnic and racial diversity is reflected throughout the committee. The committee represents all ages.
Idea Submission and applications for the committee closed Oct. 14th. The committee is charged with looking over 3000+ ideas and narrowing to the top 100. The top 100 ideas will be communicated to the community and voting will take place Dec.1-Dec.31st via paper ballet and through the website.
